3. Services Overview

SixPay provides a business account platform with featuressuch as multi-currency wallets, virtual cards, crypto/stock integrations, andbudgeting tools. Pricing begins at €9/month (excl. VAT) with a 30-day freetrial.

4. Account & Subscription

- Provide accurate information during setup.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
- Trial users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. Payment & Fees

Applicable fees are based on your plan. VAT may be addedwhere required.

6. User Conduct

You must not misuse the Service or connect unauthorizedtools, and must comply with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and content are the property of SixPay.Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as-is. SixPay disclaims allwarranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequentialdamages, except where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SixPay against claims arising fromyour use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts thatviolate these terms. You may cancel anytime via dashboard.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
